We try to describe and display our products accurately, but colors may vary by screen and we do not guarantee that descriptions or other content are error-free. Products are offered in the United States only. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a pricing or listing error is found, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment. Payment is taken at checkout, and you agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and contact information. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or for any other reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping and Returns

Orders ship within the United States, within 6 business days of being placed. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

7. Product Information and Safety

Product information on the Site is for general guidance only. Always read the instructions, warnings and care information that come with a product. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Talk to a qualified professional before using any product if you have health concerns. Pet products must be used with supervision and as directed, and you are responsible for choosing items suitable for your pet, vehicle or home.
